Windows Administrator

We are seeking an experienced Windows Administrator to support the technology initiatives of the IT Infrastructure team at Keywords. Windows Administrator will be responsible for follow-the-sun delivery and support of related services, prompt reaction on all server and cloud infrastructure incidents as 2nd line support and cooperation with other infrastructure teams for resolution. Requirements Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent experience. Strong understanding of Windows operating systems, including Windows 10, Windows Server 2019, and Windows Server 2016. Experience with Windows PowerShell, Windows Task Scheduler, and Windows Event Viewer. Knowledge of Windows Active Directory, Windows DNS, and Windows DHCP. Familiarity with Windows Group Policy, Windows Registry, and Windows System Configuration. Ability to work in a 24/7 environment, with a focus on high availability and disaster recovery. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
