Your tasks

• Organization and control of application tests as well as the migration of all relevant applications to Windows 11

• Technical support for application testers and responsible persons during the entire migration phase

• Organization and control of internal error correction of Windows 11 clients in close cooperation with different organizational units

• Control of external IT service providers during error correction at Windows 11 clients

• Organization and control of necessary changes to the client configuration

• Address-oriented communication both with the IT department and with the affected departments

• Documentation of results as well as continuous optimization of the test process

Must-Requirements

• Study of computer science, telecommunications, mathematics or a comparable qualification

• Negotiable German language skills at competence level C2 according to the Common European Framework of Reference

• English language skills in writing and speaking

• Broad technological IT basic knowledge with at least 15 years of professional experience

• Practical IT experience in the banking field for at least 8 years

• Deep specialist knowledge and comprehensive knowledge regarding the use of Microsoft Windows and Office in the corporate environment (at least 15 years)

• Experience as an active team member in complex IT projects (at least 15 years)

• Detailed knowledge and deep experience in conceiving, implementing, and introducing marketable IT infrastructure technologies, especially in planning and executing rollouts and migrations (at least 10 years)

• Experience in team leadership as well as controlling external service providers (at least 10 years)

• Experience in creating project documentation such as project plans and risk analyses (at least 5 years)

• At least 10 years of experience in ensuring the quality of IT concepts

• Practical experience in rollout logistics, proven by at least 3 rollout projects over a period of 10 years

• Experience in providing virtual clients with Citrix (at least 5 years)

• Practical experience in ITIL-oriented operations management (at least 5 years)

• Deep knowledge in Windows Active Directory, including structure, services, and Federation Services (at least 5 years)

• Relevant knowledge in the area of MS SQL Server (at least 5 years)

• Experience in binding database management systems (DBMS) using ODBC (at least 5 years)

• Knowledge in the area of VMWare (at least 3 years)

CAN-Requirements

• Experience and knowledge in organizing and controlling tests for application migration to new versions of Microsoft products (at least 10 years)

• Experience and knowledge in client hardening according to BSI requirements and CIS Benchmark (at least 3 years)

• Experience and knowledge in providing technical availability and migration of Microsoft products, especially in 64-bit versions (at least 10 years)

• Knowledge in VBA and .NET programming (at least 5 years)

• Experience and knowledge in PKI infrastructures, provisioning certificates, as well as encryption and signing using certificates (e.g. S/MIME, at least 3 years)

The location is Düsseldorf with the possibility of up to 50% of the activity being remote.
