• Manage a diverse caseload including Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Trusts, and Estate Administration.

• Deliver first-class client service, ensuring cases are handled efficiently and with empathy.

• Work independently with minimal supervision, whilst contributing to a collaborative and friendly team culture.

• Maintain accurate financial and case records.

• Build and nurture long-lasting client relationships across the local community.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate:

• 3+ years' PQE with proven experience in Wills & Probate work.

• Strong technical knowledge and a track record of generating fee income.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

• The ability to handle complex matters under pressure and meet deadlines.
