Wifi Support Engineer

Staff4Me is currently looking for a skilled and dedicated Wifi Support Engineer to join our team. As a Wifi Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance for wifi-related issues. You will collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to deliver reliable and high-performance wifi solutions. Responsibilities Provide technical support and troubleshoot wifi network issues for clients. Ensure the stable and optimal performance of wifi networks. Identify and resolve root causes of wifi connectivity problems. Develop and maintain knowledge of wifi technologies, protocols, and standards. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of wifi solutions into overall IT infrastructure. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field. 2+ years of experience in wifi-related technical support or engineering role. Strong understanding of wifi protocols and technologies (e.g., IEEE 802.11). Experience with wifi network management tools and software.
