Re-entry Person or Re-entry Professional, Diplomaed in Nursing, Health, or Care EFZ People with dementia need people who are there for them. The Sonnweid is considered one of the leading institutions for people with dementia. In our competence center, our 330 employees from various departments care for and look after 174 residents. General practitioners and geriatric psychiatrists ensure medical care. The differentiated living and care concept includes a variety of offers such as physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, music therapy, art therapy, and recreational activities. Our team also includes social workers, psychologists, and other professionals who provide support and guidance to our residents and their families. We are looking for a re-entry person or re-entry professional with a diploma in nursing, health, or care EFZ who is passionate about working with people with dementia and has experience in the field of care and support. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong sense of empathy and compassion. We offer a comprehensive training program for our re-entry professionals, which includes both theoretical and practical components. This program is designed to help our employees develop their skills and knowledge in the field of dementia care and support. In addition to this training program, we also provide ongoing support and guidance to our employees through regular team meetings, coaching, and mentoring.
