Wider World Manager

Job Description Manager, Wider World is responsible for ensuring the delivery of programs at Inventure that help students prepare for life, are in sync with the core purpose and core values at Inventure Academy. Role and Responsibilities The role includes management of the following whole school programs: Community Outreach: Planning, implementation and monitoring of grade-wise community outreach programs to help students develop empathy and sensitivity towards the society across the school. This involves coordinating with teachers, staff members, parents and external partners to ensure successful program delivery. Whole School Programs: Overseeing the development and implementation of whole school programs that align with Inventure's core purpose and values, ensuring that they are inclusive, engaging and relevant to students' lives. Program Evaluation: Conducting regular evaluations of programs to assess their effectiveness in achieving desired outcomes, identifying areas for improvement and making recommendations for program adjustments. Communication: Developing and maintaining effective communication channels with stakeholders including teachers, staff members, parents, students and external partners to ensure that everyone is informed about the progress and impact of programs. Reporting: Preparing and submitting regular reports on program delivery and evaluation findings to Inventure's leadership team. Collaboration: Building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders to leverage resources, expertise and networks to support program development and implementation. Leadership: Providing guidance and support to teachers and staff members involved in program delivery, ensuring that they have the necessary skills, knowledge and resources to deliver high-quality programs. Accountability: Being accountable for the overall success of programs, taking ownership of their design, implementation and evaluation, and being responsible for any issues or challenges that may arise during program delivery.
