Deputy School Principal

Job description

We are the largest network of vocational and high schools, educating adults in part-time and full-time modes. While many non-public schools are limiting or closing their operations, our engaged and dedicated team is constantly growing.

We are currently looking for candidates for the position of:

DEPUTY SCHOOL PRINCIPAL

Location: Koszalin

If you join us, you will be responsible for:

Managing and supervising school documentation in accordance with educational law regulations
Organizing the educational process in the supervised facility
Preparing and overseeing examinations organized in cooperation with the OKE (District Examination Board)
Recruiting teachers and supporting them in their activities
Preparing class schedules.
Supporting the school principal in all didactic matters

Our expectations:

Higher education (minimum Bachelor's degree),
Experience in a school setting is welcome
Pedagogical preparation
Experience in maintaining school documentation
Ability to navigate difficult situations
Autonomy and excellent work organization
Positive attitude and openness in communication
