WHS Partner

About the role Based in the North/North-West of Tasmania, you will be responsible for delivering both WHS partnering and WHS training across Hydro Tasmania’s operations. Within this dynamic role, you will work with leaders and teams in both field and office environments to strengthen safety culture, embed safe systems of work and provide practical WHS guidance. The successful candidate will be required to: • Develop and deliver WHS training programs tailored to Hydro Tasmania’s operations. • Provide practical guidance on WHS matters to leaders and teams across the organisation. • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address WHS risks and hazards. • Monitor and report on WHS performance metrics and trends. • Contribute to the development of WHS policies, procedures and guidelines. • Participate in incident investigations and provide recommendations for improvement. • Maintain accurate records and reports related to WHS activities.
