For future placements, we are looking for a production operator profile: Role: We are seeking an experienced Production Operator with experience in the pharmaceutical or food industry, preferably gained in controlled contamination environments (white chamber), to be inserted into our production team. The ideal candidate must ensure the correct performance of production activities in accordance with quality, safety, and hygiene standards as per regulations. Availability to work on 3 shifts. Main responsibilities: - Perform production operations according to operational instructions and company protocols - Work in controlled contamination environments (white chamber), ensuring compliance with vesting, hygiene, and behavior procedures - Monitor and record process parameters and complete required documentation - Conduct visual and functional checks during the production phases - Cleanliness and sanitization of equipment and work areas - Collaborate with the quality team to ensure conformity to regulatory requirements - Report any anomalies or non-conformities detected during the process - Respect workplace safety and environmental regulations. Required qualifications: - Previous experience in a similar role in the pharmaceutical, food, or cosmetics industry - Proven experience in white chamber environments and knowledge of GMP and/or HACCP norms - Precision, reliability, and attention to detail - Ability to work in a team and flexibility in scheduling - Good manual skills and resistance to repetitive and prolonged work - Availability to work on shifts.
