We're looking for a Wheel Alignment Technician to join us - and we want to be upfront: we're not just after someone who's done this before. If you've got the attitude, the aptitude, and a genuine interest in vehicles, we'll back you with the training to build a real career here. The Opportunity You'll be a key part of our team, working closely with our experienced technicians to ensure that every vehicle that leaves our workshop is safe, roadworthy, and running smoothly. This role offers a unique opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in a dynamic environment, with opportunities for advancement and professional growth. We're looking for someone who is passionate about vehicles, has a strong work ethic, and is eager to learn and take on new challenges. If that sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you! The Job As a Wheel Alignment Technician, your main responsibilities will be: • To accurately align wheels on vehicles using our state-of-the-art equipment; • To inspect and diagnose any issues with vehicle suspension systems; • To perform routine maintenance tasks such as lubricating and adjusting components; • To work closely with other technicians to ensure that all vehicles are serviced to the highest standard; • To maintain accurate records of all work performed, including repairs, maintenance, and inspections. The Ideal Candidate We're looking for someone who has: • A strong interest in vehicles and vehicle technology; • A willingness to learn and take on new challenges; • Excellent communication and teamwork skills; • The ability to work independently and as part of a team; • A high level of attention to detail and accuracy; • A valid driver's licence. What We Offer In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer: • Competitive salary and benefits package; • Ongoing training and professional development opportunities; • A supportive and collaborative work environment; • Opportunities for advancement and career growth; • Recognition and reward for outstanding performance. If you're passionate about vehicles and want to build a real career in the industry, we'd love to hear from you!
