The Opportunity:
We are supporting our community through empowerment, equipping them with skills and resources and supporting them in their journey to better hauora, and we're on the lookout for someone to join our team.
As our Whānau Services Senior Administrator, you will provide crucial administrative support to the Whānau Services Manager, as well as the Ready Steady Quit and Here Toitu teams. You will also play a key role in triaging incoming calls from whānau (clients) and connecting them as suitable to our whānau services teams. As a key liaison with referral partners, you'll maintain accurate and up to date client records to help ensure whānau are connected to the right level of support at every step along the way. Working closely with the Team Leads, the Whānau Services Administrator will also support our reporting efforts and help ensure our contractual obligations are fulfilled.

We would love to hear from you if you:
- Are passionate about playing a part in improving population and whanau health across Tāmaki Makaurau.
- Have a minimum of 4 years' experience working in administration or similar role.
- Are proficient in MS Office suite (CRM experience is an advantage).
- Bring with you a desire to understand and appreciate Te Tiriti o Waitangi and its application to ProCare and how it shapes our efforts.
- Have experience working in Health Care directly with whānau and community groups and organisations, and/or a qualification in Health or Wellbeing is advantageous.
As this role works directly with people in the community, applicants must:
- Be a non-smoker
- Have no prior criminal convictions (excluding exemptions under the Criminal Records (Clean Slate Act 2004)
- Hold a clean, Full NZ driver's license
