Valuation Appraiser (m/f/d)

We are looking for a Valuation Appraiser (m/f/d) on a full-time or part-time basis as soon as possible.

The valuation of real estate forms an essential basis for well-founded decisions in lending business. As a Valuation Appraiser (m/f/d), you will create reliable valuation bases, analyze market development, and make an important contribution to the quality and further development of valuation processes.

Responsibilities

• Creation of appraisals for loan and market value determination
• Independent execution of property viewings including corresponding documentation
• Plausibility check of market and loan value appraisals
• Monitoring and analysis of market developments
• Further development of efficient work processes in valuation between market and market operations

Qualifications

• Sound knowledge in loan value determination; a certification, appointment as an expert witness, or comparable qualification is desirable
• Several years of experience in credit and collateral processing
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working combined with team and communication skills
