Appraiser (m/w/d)

We are looking for an Appraiser (m/w/d) on a full-time or part-time basis.

The valuation process forms a crucial basis for well-founded decisions in the credit business. A special focus of this position lies in the valuation of agricultural land and business properties, which due to their individual structures and usage concepts pose specific requirements on the valuation process. As an Appraiser (m/w/d), you will establish reliable valuation bases, analyze market development, and make a significant contribution to the quality and further development of the valuation processes.

Tasks

• Preparation of expert opinions for the valuation of agricultural land for mortgage and market purposes
• Independent execution of on-site inspections, including corresponding documentation
• Plausibility check of market and mortgage valuation expert opinions, with a special focus on agricultural valuation specifics and business structures
• Monitoring and analysis of market developments
• Further development of efficient working processes in valuation between market and market follow-up

Qualification

• A completed banking-related training program, ideally supplemented by several years of experience in credit and security processing with a focus on agricultural financing or securities
• Knowledge of mortgage valuation and a certification, appointment as an expert, or comparable qualification are advantageous
• A self-reliant, structured, solution-oriented, and responsible working style in combination with team and communication skills
