Tool Mechanic - Stamping Technology / Embossing Technology (m/f/d)

Responsibilities

• You will set up embossing and stamping machines and adjust the tools for the precise production of electrical contacts (similar to Bihler technology).
• In case of disruptions in the production process, you will independently analyze the causes on the embossing tools and develop solution strategies.
• You will carry out repair and maintenance work on complex stamping, embossing, and injection molding tools to ensure their longevity and efficiency.
• In close coordination with production and quality assurance, you will continuously optimize tool and machine performance.

Profile

• You have completed vocational training in the field of tool making, e.g., as a tool mechanic or precision mechanic.
• You have at least one year of professional experience in the maintenance and repair of embossing, stamping, or injection molding tools.
• You work independently, enjoy solving technical problems, and find pragmatic solutions.
• Working in a 2-shift system fits well with your personal planning.
• You communicate confidently in German (C1 level) to coordinate precisely within the team.
