Your tasks are:

• You will take over the assembly of tools according to the precise specifications of the setup plans, ensuring a precise and error-free production of components
• You are also responsible for the exact measurement and setting of suitable tools using ZOLLER setting devices, which forms the basis for high product quality
• You will also maintain the rework, equipping, and issuance of tools to ensure continuous availability of the required operating materials for production
• Managing tool inventory and components as well as maintaining the inventory management system is part of your daily tasks, enabling seamless tracking
• In the context of your activities, you will support the provision of the right measuring instruments and operating materials according to the respective specifications, ensuring that production processes run smoothly
• You are also responsible for accepting orders, checking tool lists with different work contents and ensuring that all required materials are available

What we expect from you:

• You have a completed technical education as a machining technician (m/w/d), industrial mechanic (m/w/d) or toolmaker (m/w/d) or bring comparable qualifications that enable quick familiarization
• You also have several years of professional experience in applying and setting up machining tools, ideally in an industrial environment, to support complex production processes
• Your secure knowledge of accepting orders (e.g. tool lists) with different work contents and your skilled handling of technical documents distinguish you
• You are fluent in German on a native level in writing and speaking as well as good English skills for communication with external service providers
• You are willing to work in a multi-shift operation and can also present valid employment certificates
• You bring a high degree of commitment and self-initiative, enabling you to quickly find solutions even in unexpected challenges at work
