Construction Planner Residential Construction

As a construction planner for residential construction, do you want to be involved in projects early on and not just check documents, but also genuinely contribute to the approach? At Bunnik Bouw, you will work on your own development projects and ensure that the preparation is correct before execution begins.

You will have a central role between project development, execution, suppliers, and subcontractors. From this position, you will maintain an overview, identify bottlenecks in time, and help residential construction projects run smoothly through the preliminary phase.

Your Role

As a construction planner, you are responsible for the preparation of residential construction projects. You ensure that information, planning, technical documents, and work plans are in order, so that execution can start and progress well.

• You prepare residential construction projects from planning to execution.
• You monitor planning, budget, and quality within the preparation phase.
• You coordinate the information exchange between project development, execution, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• You check working drawings and technical documents.
• You identify bottlenecks in the preliminary phase and contribute to practical solutions.
• You prepare project documentation and work plans.
• You help colleagues where needed with your knowledge and experience.

Who We Are Looking For

You are a construction planner who maintains an overview, is technically strong, and easily switches between different parties. You enjoy taking responsibility in the preparation phase and like working on residential construction projects.

• You have a completed construction-related education at MBO or HBO level.
• You have experience as a construction planner in residential construction.
• You have technical insight and can plan and organize well.
• You communicate clearly with colleagues, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• You have experience with AutoCAD, Revit, and MS Office.
• Knowledge of BIM is a plus.
• Experience in guiding junior colleagues will help you in this role.
