Make it possible

As a work preparer, you ensure that projects run smoothly and according to schedule.

You organize and coordinate the execution and ensure that all technical, administrative, and organizational conditions are in order. You make calculations and quotes, order materials, and ensure that mechanics have the correct information to do their job well. You regularly discuss project progress with the project leader, with whom you work closely and whom you support where necessary. You also identify and record additional and less work and carefully maintain customer data and revision drawings.

You also identify potential safety risks and translate them into appropriate control measures.

Your team

You will be working at BAM Bouw en Techniek – Gebouwservices. We manage and maintain utility buildings, with our expertise lying in building and installation technology maintenance.

Your base is Eindhoven, and from there you work in an integral team of contract managers, project supervisors, and work preparers. The team is close-knit and involved; there is attention for you as a person, and you are given the space to learn and develop yourself further. Together you tackle every challenge and ensure a pleasant and professional working atmosphere.

We offer you

• A salary between € 3,600 and € 4,970 gross per 4 weeks (x13) based on 40 hours, depending on your knowledge and experience;
• Good secondary employment conditions according to the Collective Labor Agreement for the Technical Installation Industry, including 25 vacation days and 13 rostered days off per calendar year;

You recognize yourself in this

You enjoy organizing, collaborating, and taking responsibility within projects. In addition, you bring the following:

• A completed MBO 4 (vocational secondary education level 4) degree in mechanical engineering and at least 2 years of experience as a work preparer;
• Experience in a customer-oriented environment within management and maintenance projects;
• Excellent command of the Dutch language, both spoken and written.
