As a Property Planner, you ensure that our housing stock remains in good condition, now and in the future. You are the driving force behind the multi-year maintenance planning and translate inspections, data, and ambitions into concrete maintenance plans.

In this way, you make a direct contribution to pleasant and sustainable homes for thousands of tenants in Arnhem.

What will you do?
As a Property Planner, you ensure that maintenance and property projects are properly prepared, planned, and organized. You provide support in both technical and administrative areas and are an important link between planning and execution.

You prepare calculations, request quotes, and advise on the deployment of external parties. You also coordinate and process condition measurements of our real estate and translate these into maintenance plans. You plan the scheduled maintenance and are responsible for the preparation and further development of the multi-year maintenance budget (MJOB). You also create a multi-year maintenance plan for the VvE's (Owners' Associations).

Furthermore, you prepare correspondence and overviews and maintain contact with involved parties. You actively think about how processes can be designed smarter and more efficiently. You elaborate on areas for improvement in procedures and work instructions, so that the quality of work continuously improves.

What you bring
You bring an MBO+ (vocational college) working and thinking level, complemented by education or experience in Construction, Real Estate, or a comparable technical field. Knowledge of property management within a housing corporation is a plus, but certainly not necessary.

You are a natural connector who brings people and interests together. With your planned approach, sense of control, and eye for quality, you ensure that activities run smoothly and goals are achieved. You stay on course, monitor agreements, and know exactly when adjustments are needed. At the same time, you are strong in analyzing data; you distinguish the essential from the non-essential and translate information into clear choices. In this way, you play a key role in the development of a future-proof and high-quality MJOB for our entire real estate portfolio.

Finally, you are curious and development-oriented. You enjoy acquiring new knowledge and closely follow developments within the field. You are also open to innovation in digitalization and enjoy developing yourself.

The team
You will work within a committed and professional organization where collaboration is central. You will form the Scheduled Maintenance Preparation team with two other colleagues.

This team falls under the Property Management department. You will work closely with colleagues from different departments. The Team Leader Property Management is your direct supervisor.

• For this position, you will receive a salary between € 3,998 and € 5,042 gross per month, based on 36 hours, scale H.
• This position is for 36 hours per week.
