Draftsman / Technician Installations

As a draftsman / technician in installations, you will work independently in a team of 4 experienced colleagues on regional housing construction. You will be involved from the start and understand that good installations begin with well-thought-out drawings. Whether you are just starting out or have experience, you will be part of a dynamic team that values collaboration, creativity, and quality. Your tasks will include: • Developing and reviewing technical drawings and designs for installations; • Conducting site visits to ensure compliance with designs and specifications; • Collaborating with colleagues and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and project execution; • Maintaining and updating technical documentation and records; • Participating in project meetings and contributing to the development of project plans and schedules; • Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and company policies; • Developing and maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders; • Participating in training and professional development opportunities to stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices. Requirements: • A degree in a relevant field (e.g. technical drawing, architecture, engineering); • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role; • Strong technical drawing and design skills; • Excellent communication and collaboration skills; • Ability to work independently and as part of a team; • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills; • Familiarity with relevant software and tools (e.g. AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp).
