Your role

From day one, you'll have a lot of freedom and responsibility. You're the hub in the project, often from the development phase, and have a direct impact on the result.

You'll be busy with:

• Drafting plans, budgets, and monitoring schedules

• Preliminary preparation and procurement of subcontractors and suppliers (alone or together with the project leader)

• Controlling and coordinating design work

• Coordinating more and less work

• Caring for or directing construction drawings

• Advising during the design phase and pre-construction preparation

• Maintaining contact with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients

• Participating in project meetings

• Making projects ready for execution

• A minimum MBO/HBO work and thinking level

• You're just graduated or have experience – with us, you'll always get the chance to grow

• Good command of the Dutch language
