The position
What you will do

The customers of this company rely on their earth, road, and water construction machines always being in top condition. You play a crucial role in this! As a Service Planner, you are the linchpin who ensures that the service mechanics can get started immediately, materials arrive on time, and work orders are accurate. No delays, no surprises – you arrange it!

Your tasks as a Service Planner include:

• Creating work orders and ensuring all necessary materials and resources are available;
• Ordering parts;
• Coordinating with service mechanics, suppliers, and colleagues regarding planning and execution;
• Preparing invoicing and correctly handling warranty work;
• Managing maintenance contracts and service bulletins.
