Preparation Coordinator

What will you do? As Preparation Coordinator, you will ensure that projects run smoothly from start to finish. You are the link between design, procurement, and execution, and work together with engineers, project leaders, and suppliers. Your tasks: Developing initial solutions in the tender and advisory phase Making execution drawings, technical details, and production drawings Setting up and monitoring plans and budgets Procuring materials and aligning with suppliers and subcontractors Guiding and coordinating the work of engineers, project leaders, and suppliers. You will also be responsible for ensuring that all necessary documents are in order and that the project is completed on time and within budget.
