Work Preparer Project Leader Construction

For a professional construction company, we are looking for a Work Preparer / Junior Project Leader Construction. In this role, you will be involved in construction projects from preparation to completion. You will support with work preparation, maintain contact with suppliers and subcontractors, and together with the project team, monitor the planning, quality, and progress of the work.

• Handling the work preparation of construction projects;
• Establishing and monitoring schedules;
• Checking drawings and technical data;
• Requesting and comparing quotes;
• Supporting procurement processes;
• Maintaining contact with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients;
• Monitoring the progress, quality, and costs of projects;
• Supporting the project leader during execution.
