Production Planner / Scheduler

Arranging, anticipating, coordinating, and monitoring & improving the processes at our production site. That is your job as a production planner at IBN in Cuijk. From clear agreements to tight schedules: thanks to you, our customers receive their parts and products on time. You are the connecting link at our site; you ensure proper recording in the ERP system, prepare orders, and create achievable and efficient schedules. You are also in constant contact with operations. At the same time, you contribute to the development of our employees and their growth from their work-learning positions to a good position in the labor market. A challenging job with meaning!

This is what you will do
Does a new customer order come in? Then you take action and liaise with both the customer and your colleagues from the business office, logistics, and operations. You gather all necessary information, record the order in our digital system, and ensure our production employees can get to work.

You know exactly what is needed to get the job done well & on time. You create a careful schedule and monitor progress until the products leave our warehouse. In the meantime, you check if everything is proceeding according to plan and adjust where necessary. You also continuously work on improvement: you look for ways to make our planning even smarter and increase the predictability of the production process.

It is extra rewarding that you work at a dynamic location. Here, about 250 colleagues perform packaging, assembly, and kitting work for various clients. The tasks range from simple to complex. This requires tailor-made planning, precisely because many of our employees can use some support in their work-learning positions. You take this into account. Your team
Within our production location in Cuijk, you will be part of a team of approximately 15 colleagues. Together you are responsible for operational coordination. You regularly consult with team leaders, account managers, and the location manager. The lines of communication are short and the collaboration is close. And of course, there is also room for a joke and a good conversation in between.

• Minimum MBO 4 level.
• Experience working with the Lean Six Sigma methodology.
• The digital skills to quickly master our software. We work with Business Central.
