Preparatory Engineer

At Pannekoek GWW B.V. in Vaassen, we work daily on multidisciplinary projects where Civil, Construction, Mechanical, and Electrical works converge. • Salary & Leisure time: A good gross monthly salary between €2,800 and €3,500 (depending on your experience) and no less than 43 days off (25 vacation days, 15 ATV days, and 3 short absence days)!

As a Preparatory Engineer, you will continuously liaunt between the project manager, site manager, clients, and suppliers. You will monitor safety, quality, and scheduling. Your base is Vaassen, with occasional work at project locations. Your main tasks:

• Developing and checking drawings and preparing technical specifications.
• Requesting, evaluating, and comparing quotes and preparing purchasing orders.
• Preparing and monitoring schedules, work and inspection plans, calculations, and EMVI plans.
• Coordinating and managing subcontractors and suppliers (including additional and reduced work).
• Supporting the site manager with quality and safety checks (KVM).
• Contributing ideas during the construction team phase regarding the manufacturability and feasibility of projects.

• You have a completed MBO (vocational) education in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a comparable field.
• You have between 0 and 10 years of work experience as a preparatory engineer or working foreman in the industry.
• You work methodically, are results-oriented, and communicate easily with various parties.
• You have a B driver's license, live within approximately 30 km of Vaassen, and possess a VCA/BHV certificate (or are willing to obtain one).
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, Inventor, and MS Office is a nice bonus!
