Work Preparer

Tasks

As a Work Preparer, you are the linchpin between sales, workshop, suppliers, and customers. You ensure that projects are tightly planned from start to finish and proceed according to schedule. You continuously monitor progress, identify bottlenecks before they arise, and make adjustments where necessary.

A large part of your role revolves around planning and coordination. You ensure that materials are available on time, production runs efficiently, and mechanics and colleagues know what needs to be done and when. Thanks to your organizational skills, projects run smoothly, and deadlines can be met.

During your onboarding period, you will also get acquainted with our workshop and technology, so you can properly understand our products and processes.

What you will do

• Develop, monitor, and optimize project and production plans;
• Coordinate projects from request to delivery;
• Align activities between the workshop, suppliers, and customers;
• Monitor delivery times, deadlines, and project progress;
• Timely identify deviations and act immediately when encountering bottlenecks;
• Purchase materials and ensure everything is available on time;
• Maintain contact with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders;
• Contribute to improvements in planning, processes, and work methods.

No day is the same. One moment you are busy with a tight production schedule, the next you are solving an unexpected challenge or coordinating a project with a customer.

Requirements

• You have experience as a Work Preparer, Planner, Project Coordinator, or in a similar role;
• You are strong in planning, organizing, and prioritizing;
• You like having an overview and can easily switch between different projects;
• You have an affinity for technology, electrical engineering, or mechanical engineering;
• You are practically oriented and think in solutions;
• You communicate easily with both colleagues and customers;
• We consider education less important than your experience, mentality, and drive.

In short: you are someone who brings calm to the planning, thinks ahead, and ensures that projects run smoothly.

• Salary between € 3,500 and € 4,500 gross per month, depending on experience;
