As a Work Preparer OVL/VRI, you are an important link in the realization of projects for various municipalities and provinces. Additionally, BAM Infra Techniek and Asset Management works on integrated projects acquired through other disciplines within BAM Infra. The projects you work on range in size from €50,000 to €2,500,000, so no day is the same.

• Depending on the contract type (RAW or UAV-gc), you will make a significant contribution to the preparation and execution of projects.
• You will provide the input that the Site Manager needs to draw up project plans.
• For each project, you will select the right subcontractors and act as their main point of contact.
• You will ensure that all necessary materials are available on time and monitor the project budget.
• You will maintain contact with clients and other stakeholders and closely monitor the progress of projects. For integrated projects, you will also coordinate with colleagues from other disciplines within BAM Infra.

Your team

Your base location is Culemborg, but you will spend a large part of your time at project locations. You will be part of the realization team of the Urban department, where you will work together on beautiful and challenging projects in the public space. In this role, you will report to the project organizer and, together with the site manager, direct the field staff.

• A salary between €4,096 and €5,120 gross per 4 weeks, depending on your knowledge and experience. This is based on a full-time employment and excludes 8% holiday pay.

To be successful in this role, you are someone who takes initiative and stands firm. You maintain an overview, work in a structured manner, and think in terms of solutions. Thanks to your proactive attitude, you identify bottlenecks in time and ensure that projects run smoothly and efficiently. Additionally, you bring the following:

• Minimum MBO work and thinking level, an educational background in Electrical Engineering is a plus.
• Preferably 5 years of work experience as a Work Preparer and experience with infra-related projects.
• Driver's license B.
• Good command of the Dutch language.
