Job description
Function
- You act as the project manager's right-hand man on the site for the prestigious R4 project in Ghent and are an active member of the operational team.
- You calculate, order, and negotiate material prices and coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers; in addition, you check and adjust working drawings.
- You are responsible for contact with utility companies and develop effective working methods for an optimal construction process.
- You draw up the project schedule, monitor execution, and administratively track the progress of the construction works as well as the associated cost statement.
- You maintain daily communication with the construction team on site and act as a link between external parties and the operational team.
Profile
- You have at least a master's degree in Civil Engineering and at least 2 years of experience with complex construction or infrastructure projects (€10MIO-€100MIO).
- You have a perfect command of Dutch, both spoken and written; knowledge of French is a plus.
- You are an organizational talent and enjoy working collaboratively within a team.

- You are flexibly deployable in the Brussels, Antwerp, and Ghent regions, with a focus on Ghent (R4WO project).
