This is what you will do

As a Civil Engineering and Infrastructure (GWW) supervisor, you will be responsible for delegating operational activities. In this role, you will lead employees and manage various Civil Engineering and Infrastructure (GWW) projects. Furthermore, as a supervisor, you will be jointly responsible for a positive project outcome.

This is who you are

• Ensuring the execution of work in accordance with pre-determined guidelines (quantity and quality);
• Ensuring the timely arrival and departure of all necessary equipment and materials;
• Identifying additional and/or less work and reporting this to the project leader;
• Instructing and guiding employees and subcontractors;
• Participating in various meetings and construction meetings;
• Maintaining contact with the client regarding project planning;
• Performing administrative tasks;
• Organizing the work in accordance with requirements in the areas of safety, quality, and production.
