BAM Modular and Energy Concepts is the youngest and greenest department within BAM. What will you do?
As an Electrical Engineering Work Preparer at MEC, you will ensure that projects are well prepared from start to finish. You maintain oversight, coordinate with various stakeholders, and ensure that all necessary resources are available at the right time. Thanks to your preparation, projects can be executed safely, efficiently, and according to schedule.
- Preparation and planning of electrical engineering projects.
- Coordination of materials, equipment, and suppliers.
- Creation and monitoring of project schedules.
- Coordination with installers, project leaders, and clients.
- Support of the execution and management of project administration.
Your work environment

The location for this role is in Houten.

- A salary between € 3,600 and € 4,500 gross per four weeks (13 times per year salary), depending on your knowledge and experience. This is based on a 40-hour work week and excludes 8% holiday pay.
- Good secondary employment conditions according to the collective labor agreement for the Technical Installation Industry, such as 25 vacation days and 13 reduction-of-working-hours days per calendar year based on a full-time employment.

You recognize yourself in this
- You have completed an MBO or HBO education in, for example, Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
- You have at least 2 years of work experience. Experience within the PV industry is a plus.
- You are flexible, communicate easily, and adapt quickly.
- You work proactively and independently on projects.
- You have strong organizational skills and are well-versed in administration.
