As an Electrical Engineering Planner, you are the driving force behind the technical preparation and planning of projects, ensuring smooth execution and high-quality results.

In this role:

• You lead the project preparation process, including the creation of work plans, budgets, and project schedules;
• You coordinate the procurement of materials and services, and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure quality and timely delivery;
• You use your electrical engineering expertise to solve technical challenges and propose innovative solutions;
• You monitor and manage the project budget, including cost estimates and monitoring;
• You work closely with project leaders and executing personnel to ensure all aspects of the project are aligned.

Your team

At BAM Bouw en Techniek Gebouwservices, we maintain and manage real estate and ensure a safe building for all users. We focus on multi-year performance-based collaborations with clients who want to optimally maintain the technical lifespan of buildings through integrated maintenance. In doing so, we focus on sustainability, technological services, and continuously seek opportunities that improve experience and usage. This is from an organization where high process quality, clear responsibilities, and centralization of policy and business operations are central. This way, we ensure high results, for both BAM and its environment, as well as for low transaction costs. You will work in the 'bijkomend werk' (additional work) team, which deals with projects starting from €100,000. You will report to the Project Leader E, and the location for this position is Groningen. There is an informal and results-oriented atmosphere with plenty of room for professional development.

We offer you

• A salary between € 3,780 and € 4,730 gross per 4 weeks, depending on your knowledge and experience. This is based on a 40-hour work week and excludes 8% holiday pay according to the collective labor agreement for the Technical Installation Industry;

You recognize yourself in this

As a planner, you bring excellent communication skills. Additionally, you have a proactive attitude and the ability to work in a dynamic environment. Furthermore, for the role of Electrical Engineering Planner, you have:

• A completed diploma in electrical engineering or a comparable technical education;
• At least 2 years of experience in electrical engineering;
• Excellent knowledge of project planning and project management tools;
• Excellent command of the Dutch language, both spoken and written.
