As an Electrical Engineering Preparer within the MJOP team at Schiphol, you will work on a variety of maintenance and replacement projects within Schiphol's real estate environment. You will ensure that the execution team knows exactly what needs to be done, how it can be done safely, and that all involved parties are well-informed. You will coordinate activities with colleagues, clients, and subcontractors to prevent surprises during execution.
Your tasks include:

• Regular consultation with project leaders to determine the best approach together.
• Responsibility for (detail) engineering, simple technical calculations, support with drawings, preparation of material lists, and preparation of revision data.
• Timely ordering of materials.
• Ensuring compliance with (safety) regulations and QHSE procedures.
• Compiling and transferring the technical file, including the correct Information Delivery Specifications (ILS), to the client or colleagues.
• Developing work and phasing plans and coordinating with different disciplines within the MJOP projects.

Your team

You will join BAM Bouw en Techniek Schiphol, where over 200 colleagues work on the management and maintenance of crucial areas such as Terminal 3, Schiphol Plaza, and other essential buildings and installations that keep the airport running.

Within the MJOP team, you will collaborate with project leaders, preparers, site managers, and technical specialists on the planned replacement and sustainability of building-related installations. Together, you will ensure that installations remain reliable, safe, and future-proof. Collaboration, safety, and continuity are central to this. You will work at Schiphol, where fast communication lines and a pleasant working atmosphere are paramount. Everything is meticulously arranged so you can focus on your craftsmanship.

• A salary between €4,090 and €5,450 gross per 4 weeks (based on a 40-hour work week, excluding 8% holiday pay)

This is you

You have completed an MBO or HBO (vocational or higher professional education) in electrical engineering or a comparable field. You work in a structured manner, are open towards your team and colleagues, and possess:

• A healthy degree of independence and responsibility
• The ability to maintain a good overview and organize effectively
• Strong communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
• Sufficient knowledge of laws and regulations
