• Preliminary preparation of electrical work and monitoring of contractual agreements

• Coordinating electricians and resources, and ensuring efficient capacity planning

• Assigning tasks to electricians and overseeing the correct and safe execution of the work

• Purchasing materials and services from subcontractors and ensuring timely delivery

• Managing work orders, signaling deviations, and supporting in reporting

• Ensuring that permits and safety procedures are fully regulated

• Maintaining the progress of work activities and ensuring follow-up actions

• Mbo-level 4 qualification in Electrical Engineering

• Significant experience in coordinating electrical work

• Knowledge of building-bound installations and a meticulous work attitude

• Organizational strong and able to maintain overview, even under pressure
