Preparation Coordinator

Who are you?
Are you a detailed and structured construction professional who likes to regulate the preparation of building projects down to the last detail? As Preparation Coordinator, you are the hub in the preparatory phase of various construction projects. You ensure that everything is well organized, from the first meeting to execution. Safety, quality, and adhering to deadlines always stand central with you, and you know exactly how to tackle technical and administrative processes efficiently and accurately.
What will you do?
As Preparation Coordinator, you ensure that projects can be prepared well for execution. You are responsible for collecting data, preparing plans, managing materials, and coordinating drawings. You ensure that everything meets the requirements of the client and that the project team receives all necessary information to start successfully. Together with your team (usually a project leader and an executor) you work on various projects throughout Midden Nederland. You ensure that all preparatory work is done on time and correctly, so that the project can start without delay. Your goal? A smooth and well-organized project with satisfied clients and colleagues as a result.
What do you bring?

• A completed MBO education in Building Construction, MBO+ work and think level.
• Some years of experience as a preparation coordinator at a contractor.
• Knowledge of building materials, work procedures, and safety guidelines.
• Experience with 4PS is a plus
• Good communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
• A structured working attitude and an eye for detail.
