With an impressive history of 150 years, De Ruiter Grondwatertechniek B.V. is one of the pioneers in the world of groundwater technology and heat storage (WKO). From our home base in Haarlem, we operate with compact, agile teams throughout the Netherlands. We drill wells up to 500 meters deep and design, build, and maintain advanced groundwater systems entirely in-house. Our expertise is reflected in the hundreds of WKO systems we have successfully implemented over the past 25 years.

Your role as Preparation Coordinator WTB

Due to the strong growth of our company, we are looking for a driven Preparation Coordinator WTB to strengthen our team within De Ruiter Boringen B.V. You will be the link between project leaders, execution teams, and on-site technicians. You will ensure that everything is prepared to the last detail: from material supply to technical documents. You will directly contribute to the success of projects in a sector with impact: sustainable energy storage and efficient water management.

What will you do?

• Prioritize and coordinate WKO projects in collaboration with project leaders and execution teams

• Perform technical calculations for pipe dimensioning and component selection

• Prepare work plans and technical work descriptions

• Make and edit technical drawings in AutoCAD

• Compile and edit revised documentation and project reports

• Order materials and synchronize with suppliers

• Communicate with clients, colleagues, and external parties

What will you bring?

• A completed MBO4 or HBO education (e.g., mechanical engineering or related)

• Affinity with technology and/or control technology

• Experience as a preparation coordinator is a plus, but also welcome are starters!

• Knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

• Good command of the Dutch language in writing and speaking

• You are meticulous, proactive, and work independently

• You switch effortlessly between different tasks and conversation partners
