Work Preparer

As a Work Preparer, you will support the project leader in the preparation and follow-up of technical projects within HVAC, refrigeration, and technical maintenance. You will ensure that materials, orders, and administration are arranged correctly and on time.

You form an important link between the project leader, the construction site, and suppliers and help maintain an overview of project preparation.

• Support the project leader in daily project follow-up;
• request and follow up on quotes from suppliers;
• create and follow up on purchase orders in the ERP system;
• prepare plans, materials, and technical documentation;
• administratively process completed work;
• prepare technical sheets, as-built files, and progress reports;
• ensure a smooth flow of information between project management, the construction site, and suppliers.

You have a strong interest in technology and planning and would like to further develop as a Work Preparer. Previous experience is welcome; motivation, accuracy, and eagerness to learn are at least as important.

• Bachelor's or associate's degree in a technical field, such as Construction or Electromechanics, or equivalent through experience;
• proficient with MS Office and willing to learn new software and ERP systems;
• strong communication skills and fluent in discussions with various parties;
• accurate, organized, and versatile;
• independent and a team player;
• stress-resistant and good at maintaining an overview;
• knowledge of French is a plus;
• driver's license B.
