Preparation Coordinator - Civil Engineering - Limburg

Your function

During the preparation phase and the execution of the works, you will support the project leader in:

• Control and optimization of drawings from subcontractors and suppliers.
• Developing work methods that are most effective.
• Calculation and ordering of materials, including price agreements with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Drafting and following up on project planning and schedules.
• Monitoring progress and cost status of the construction works.
• Administrative follow-up of the construction project.
• Communication and coordination with the executing team on site.
• Forming connections between external partners and the construction team.
