As a Senior Civil Preparator at BAM Infra Civiel, you will work from Eindhoven on various infrastructure projects in the South of the Netherlands. Thanks to your experience, technical knowledge, and overview, projects will run safely, efficiently, and according to schedule.

Make it possible

As a senior preparator, you are the connecting link between preparation and execution. You ensure that projects are technically sound, well-organized, and that everyone can work with the correct information.

You prepare schedules, procurement documents, progress reports, work plans, and inspection plans, and ensure that they align seamlessly. You translate technical requirements into clear specifications for executors, suppliers, and subcontractors, and monitor progress throughout the entire project.

In addition, you maintain control over risks, costs, material usage, and planning. You think ahead, identify opportunities and bottlenecks, and are an important sparring partner for the project manager on technical and organizational issues.

In addition to your role within projects, you make an active contribution to the further development of the South region. You mentor junior preparators, share your knowledge, and help colleagues grow in their profession. You also contribute to BAM's strategic themes, such as safety, sustainability, industrialization, and knowledge management.

Your team

From Eindhoven, you will work on various civil and infrastructure projects that contribute to an accessible, safe, and sustainable Netherlands.

You will work on, among other things, ecoducts, bicycle tunnels, bridge replacements, and energy infrastructure. Consider the realization of various HV/MV substations for Enexis, the Recropassage N261, a Ground Run-up Enclosure at Eindhoven Air Base, projects within the framework agreement for Gasunie, the Spoorzone Gilze-Rijen, and the construction of the new bridge in Well.

Within these projects, you will work closely with site supervisors, preparators, and project managers. As a senior, you will take the lead in preparation, monitor coherence within the project, and ensure good cooperation between all involved parties.

• A salary between € 4,165,- and € 5,880,- gross per month (based on 40 hours), depending on your experience, excluding 8% vacation pay;
• 25 vacation days and 15 rostered days off;

You are an experienced preparator who gets energy from complex infrastructure projects. You maintain an overview, think ahead, and know how to involve colleagues in technical and organizational issues. You are a connector who easily switches between different disciplines and responsibilities.

You enjoy sharing your knowledge, helping colleagues further, and building successful projects together. In doing so, you never lose sight of quality, safety, and collaboration.

And furthermore:

• you have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical field;
• you have extensive experience as a preparator in civil projects;
• you have knowledge of concrete structures, phasing plans, and execution methods;
• you have experience with the preparation and support of projects during the construction phase;
• you are in possession of a B driving license.
