Civil Project Coordinator

We are looking for a proactive and communicatively inclined civil project coordinator with extensive experience. You are a true team player and ensure that everything is well organized on the projects. You think actively about improvements for execution and advise on smart measures. Your goal: make each project a success!

What will you do? As a civil project coordinator, you are responsible for preparing and coordinating civil projects. You ensure that everything is detailed, so that the execution runs smoothly. Your tasks include:

• Planning and preparing projects in civil engineering, building construction, and utility construction

• Setting up processes and phasing for efficient execution

• Determining necessary materials and selecting subcontractors

• Thinking about improvements and smart measures for execution

• Maintaining planning, budget, and quality

• Supporting the project team and ensuring overview and structure

• Applying ICT solutions and information management (Office, Relatics, MS Project)

• Bachelor's degree or higher with at least 5 years of relevant work experience

• Additionally, vocational training or competence training

• Techincal insight and quality awareness

• Analytical skills and solution-oriented thinking

• Team player with good communication skills
