Construction Planner/Estimator

We are looking for a construction planner/estimator. You will contribute to the planning and construction technical preparation, site supervision, and estimations. You will also be the first point of contact for the project leader. You get energized by checking contract documents and developing work methods. You are familiar with creating and monitoring schedules. Furthermore, you manage the document flow, prepare project plans, coordinate subcontractors, monitor costs, and check drawings. Your tasks as a construction planner/estimator include, among others:

• Preparation, checking, and ordering/calling off building components;
• Directing the site manager(s) on their projects;
• Monitoring, reporting, and calculating costs for additional and reduced work;
• Conducting site meetings at the executive level and client level;
• Reporting and monitoring production statuses/progress of projects and anticipating them analytically;
• Preparing and checking safety plans and work plans;
• Together with other links, such as the site manager and the project leader, you ensure correct completion.

As a construction planner/estimator, you possess strong communication, commercial, and administrative skills. You also meet the following requirements:

• A completed MBO-4 or HBO degree in Construction Management;
• At least 1 to 2 years of recent experience as a construction planner;
• Knowledge of construction regulations and especially the building decree;
• Knowledge of software such as Autocad and Revit.
