Work Preparer/Calculator

For a wonderful company in the Almere region, we are looking for an experienced Work Preparer within service and maintenance. As a Work Preparer, you are an important link in the process and it is expected that you can sometimes switch gears quickly. Within the role of Work Preparer, you can expect the following activities, among others:

• Translating technical drawings into orders;
• Checking technical drawings;
• Responsible for purchasing necessary materials;
• Creating personnel schedules;
• Establishing and monitoring budgets;
• Checking project progress;
• Good communication with colleagues.

• Experience as a work preparer;
• Experience in the construction sector through study or work experience;
• VCA Vol certificate or willingness to obtain it;
• Possession of a Driver's License B;
• Experience with creating drawings (Revit, Autocad or Revicad);
