Make it possible

• You are close to the execution and you are an anchor point in the dynamics of the project. Within our permanent team, you are an important link between the executors and the project leaders. You are responsible for preparing and organizing the work and ensuring the smooth progress of every project.
• You have regular consultations with the project leader(s). Based on project data, you discuss the best approach for the project in question.
• You are responsible for the (detailed) engineering of our subcontractors, preparing material specifications, and preparing revision data.
• You are responsible for checking and processing reports and, based on these, preparing calculations and budgets and coordinating them with our clients, where you also monitor progress and report to the project leader(s).
• You ensure that the execution can perform their work smoothly and efficiently by preparing preparatory work, such as ordering the correct materials and having the work drawings ready on time.
• You also ensure that the applicable (safety) regulations and SHE-procedures are followed. This means that you are also responsible for creating the technical file, correctly delivering the Information Delivery Specifications (ILS) and transferring this to the client and/or your colleagues in a technical file.
• You create the schedules, prepare the work and phasing plans, including work drawings.

Within BAM Bouw en Techniek Gebouwservices, the specialization department is organized with experts in the field of fire alarm systems and evacuation alarm systems, sprinkler systems, and measurement and control systems. You will work in the team: Fire Alarm Systems. There is an informal and results-oriented atmosphere with plenty of room for professional development.

• A salary between €3,269 and €5,251 gross per 4 weeks based on 40 hours, depending on knowledge and experience, excluding 8% holiday pay;

You recognize yourself in this

You have completed education at an MBO or HBO level in installation technology, preferably electrical engineering or equivalent. We consider it important that someone works in a structured manner and is open to the team and other colleagues. Furthermore, you have:

• You have (extensive) knowledge of fire alarm systems, evacuation alarm systems, and/or sprinkler systems;

• Maintenance expert BMI and/or Installation expert BMI are a plus

• A healthy degree of independence and sense of responsibility;

• Good communication with your internal and external stakeholders;

• Sufficient knowledge of the applicable standards (NEN2535 NEN2654 NPR 2575);
