Job Description:

As Site Preparation Coordinator at De Clercq Bouw, you are responsible for preparing and coordinating various construction projects. You ensure efficient planning, procurement of materials, and monitoring project progress. You work closely with project leaders, contractors, and subcontractors to successfully realize projects.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Preparing and monitoring project plans.
• Purchasing materials and maintaining contacts with suppliers.
• Reviewing and adjusting construction drawings.
• Preparing work instructions and guiding the execution team.
• Monitoring project progress and budgets.
• Identifying and resolving potential issues during project execution.

Job Requirements:

• A completed HBO degree in the field of Building or comparable.
• At least 3 years of experience in a comparable role within the construction sector.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude.
• A keen eye for detail and a sharp analytical ability.
• Familiarity with relevant software such as AutoCAD and MS Office.
• In possession of a valid driving license B.
