Preliminary Coordinator Formwork

Function As a preliminary coordinator formwork, you will work within the civil division of one of the largest construction companies in Belgium. You are responsible for preparing formwork works and work closely with the project team to achieve optimal results. Your responsibilities include: Drawing up system formwork, traditional formwork, floor support and scaffolding; developing production drawings; having contact with the werven and adjusting details with the teams; costs...; ensuring that the formwork is properly executed and that the necessary permits are obtained; coordinating with the project manager and other stakeholders; ensuring that the project is completed on time and within budget. The ideal candidate has a degree in civil engineering or a related field and has at least 3 years of experience in the construction industry. You are a team player who is able to work independently and is familiar with the relevant regulations and standards. You are fluent in Dutch and have a good understanding of English. You are willing to work in a fast-paced environment and are able to adapt to changing circumstances. You are a motivated and proactive individual who is able to take initiative and is not afraid to ask questions. You are willing to work flexible hours and are available to start immediately.
