As a work preparer, you guarantee safety and quality, consult with clients about technical solutions, and contribute to optimizing maintenance schedules. With your preparation, you make an important contribution to our asset management projects.

Your tasks:

• Planning, purchasing, and directing preventive maintenance
• Coordinating corrective maintenance and arranging purchases for fault repair
• Processing administrative tasks in systems such as Ultimo or Relatics
• Liaising with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients
• Brainstorming improvements and optimization of maintenance schedules

• Vitaal in Apeldoorn
• Noordzeekanaal in Amsterdam/IJmuiden
• Sluiskil and Westerscheldetunnel in Terneuzen
• Poort van Bunnik in Maarsbergen
• Gebiedscontract Noord-Holland in Alkmaar

Your team

You will work at BAM Infra Techniek en Assetmanagement (TeAM) on diverse management and maintenance projects, from bridges and tunnels to smart traffic systems. With a data-driven approach and a focus on sustainable solutions, we ensure safe, reliable infrastructure together with clients such as Rijkswaterstaat, Schiphol, and major seaports. Together, we build the future every day.

We offer you

• A permanent employment contract with a salary between € 3,000 and € 4,500 gross per four weeks (based on 40 hours and dependent on experience)
• 25 vacation days and 13 ATV (fewer working day) days per year based on full-time employment

You recognize yourself in this

You are a technical professional who manages projects effectively. You are proactive and can handle deadlines well. Furthermore, you have:

• A completed technical education at MBO (vocational) level or higher
• At least 3 years of experience as a work preparer
• Interest in infrastructural maintenance projects and asset management
• An independent, pragmatic, and solution-oriented approach
• Passion for the profession and the drive to collaborate
