Connecting your world

As Responsible for Work, you will join the Low Voltage or High Voltage team. You will ensure that our main contractor can safely work on the installations, acting as the essential link between daily operations and the executing party performing work on our assets. How you will achieve this precisely? That's up to you. We trust you to find a solution for every problem. You will use your talents by:

• Ensuring that main contractors can safely work on low and high voltage installations within the applicable safety frameworks (BEI/NEN).
• Managing and supervising contractors in the execution of maintenance on low and high voltage assets.
• Reviewing and assessing submitted work plans with a focus on risks, safety, and impact on operations.

• MBO-4 diploma in Electrical Engineering.
• Relevant work experience and knowledge of high voltage installations.
• Possession of VCA-VOL, Stipel, NEN 3840 or 3140 certificates, or willingness to obtain them.
• Enthusiasm to learn about the electrical installations at Schiphol.

You get this

• € 3889 to € 5016 gross per month (Scale 8).
• € 4366 to € 5662 gross per month (Scale 9).
• Shift allowance: the amount depends on whether you work in the Low Voltage (full continuous) or High Voltage (day and evening) team.
• Placement will be in scale 8 or 9 and depends on your education, certifications, experience, and competencies.
• Schiphol will pay for the relevant training courses necessary for the position.

This budget consists of 8% holiday pay and 8.33% thirteenth month. Infrastructure

At Schiphol Infrastructure, we conceive, build, and manage all of Schiphol's physical and digital assets. That is our contribution to Schiphol's ambition to be a qualitative and sustainable airport. With over 800 colleagues, together with our chain partners, we will deliver more projects in the coming years and catch up on maintenance backlogs. We improve working conditions through the use of robots and lifting aids, electrify assets airside, and renew and make crucial parts like the C-pier, baggage basement, and climate systems more sustainable. Simultaneously, we resolve malfunctions and make well-considered investment choices to prepare our infrastructure for the future.
