Working Student UGC Creator Manager - Paid Social (m/f/d)

We are a Performance Creative Agency. We build best performer creatives for Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and more, data-driven and creative.

Every creative arises from the interplay of Creative Strategy, Content & Creators, and Creative Design. Without a good team, there is no good creative, and that's why team cohesion is so important to us.

For our Content & Creators team, we are looking for a UGC Creator Manager (m/f/d) as a working student.

Important upfront: In this role, you will not be in front of the camera yourself, nor will you write your own scripts for social ads. You will ensure that our creators deliver.

Tasks

Your tasks will revolve around creators and content.

Your tasks:

• Support in acquiring and sourcing new creators
• Negotiating conditions and usage rights
• Briefing creators for Paid Social Content
• Content review, filing, and feedback to creators
• Accompanying on-site shoots in the Düsseldorf area

Qualifications

Your qualifications:

• You recognize good content immediately and can explain why it works
• You are interested in social media and performance marketing
• You work in a structured manner and always keep a cool head
• Shooting experience is a plus.
