As a Werkstudent:in Growth at nuuEnergy, you'll dive into the world of sustainability and heat pumps – one of the most exciting future markets out there. You'll take on early responsibility, learn quickly, and shape the growth of nuuEnergy GmbH actively with. In direct collaboration with David, our Head of Growth, you'll be part of a dynamic team that works every day to drive the energy transition forward.

Aufgaben

Bereich Growth Marketing

• Performance Marketing: Bring our Growth-Engine to the next level. You'll support in managing effective campaigns, develop thought-out A/B-tests together with the team, and ensure precise tracking and clear insights that boost our performance measurably.
• Customer Relationship Management & Sales: Optimize our entire Customer Journey Funnel. Through automations, smart analyses, and clear data provision, you'll strengthen our Sales-Team, focus, and optimize our sales process.
• Tech & Tools: Shape our setup for tomorrow. You'll actively work on rolling out new tools and lay the technological foundation that allows us to scale nuuEnergy sustainably.
• Daten & Reporting: Make data create real value. You'll build careful datasets and develop existing dashboards and reportings further.

Bereich Personalwachstum

• Recruiting & Talent Management: Help us win the best talents and develop them. With data-driven analyses, you'll optimize existing structures, lead valuable learnings, and develop our talent process further together with our Chief of Staff.

Administrativer Bereich

• Marktforschung & Analysen: Dive deep into market and competitive data. You'll conduct independent research, as well as qualitative and quantitative studies, to recognize trends early on and make strategic opportunities visible.
• Alltags-Support: Start-up dynamics is in your blood. You'll jump in wherever you're needed and support with daily tasks that bring our team forward.

Qualifikation

• German on a native speaker level
• Interest in sustainability: You burn for contributing to the energy transition.
• Startup mindset: You're open to dynamic structures, take responsibility, and explore new approaches.
• Self-organizing work style: You can organize and implement tasks independently.
• Data-driven thinking: You understand the importance of KPIs and tracking for optimizing marketing strategies.
