Meet5 is the largest leisure community for people over 40 years old. For each region where we launch our app, we build a community with great passion. We have members in many regions in Germany and these members send us inquiries, positive feedback, sometimes criticism or typical problems with other members as messages to us. The work in support at Meet5 is fun and after a few weeks you're really 'in the game'.

Tasks

• You are the go-to person for Meet5 community members: via all contact channels (email, chat, contact form or phone)
• You have an open ear for all other concerns of the Meet5 community
• You work on improving our support processes and standard messages
• You pass on feedback from the community to us. General wishes, technical issues or inquiries are forwarded to the corresponding team and worked on together to find a solution

Qualification

• You are empathetic, patient, helpful, and listen carefully
• You enjoy contacting people and have a good mood
• You are a team player
