Your Mission: Contribute nursing knowledge, further develop AI models

As a working student in Data Annotation in the Senior Care sector, you will evaluate how well our AI models meet the professional requirements of nursing staff. Your nursing knowledge will be the benchmark: With your feedback, you will show us where the models already impress and where they still need improvement.

• You share your knowledge about care planning and analyze text data from the perspective of a nursing professional

• Together with the team, you will develop concrete requirements for data quality

• You identify patterns in the data and formulate suggestions for improvement

🤝 Your Skillset - What you bring

• You have completed training or have practical experience in geriatric care and are familiar with care planning

• You know the practical realities of nursing staff's work and can empathize with their expectations

• Curiosity about how AI can relieve nursing staff in their daily work

• You work independently, reliably, and can keep an overview even with multiple tasks

• Willingness to participate in weekly team meetings

• You are enrolled at a German university and can work 20 hours per week
